The Crays Business Nomads Association is structured as a Swiss non-profit to provide a legally robust and neutral framework for governing a global network of operators, investors, and partners. It enables shared access to opportunities such as capital markets, real estate, and venture funding—while partners remain economically independent and benefit from shared infrastructure, demand, and network effects.
Members include entrepreneurs, hospitality operators, and strategic partners across tech, legal, marketing, and lifestyle—bringing together the finance industry and real estate investors to partner with ecosystem members—forming a symbiosis of “finance, builders & makers” who actively co-create, invest, and grow the ecosystem. The structure brings together diverse areas of expertise, coordinated through council- and DAO-based mechanisms, creating a functional and aligned ecosystem.
Crays connects accommodation providers and lifestyle, travel, and hospitality venues with creators, fans, guests, and users through a Bitcoin-native ecosystem combining Nostr-based social profiles, Lightning monetization, and in-venue mesh networks to drive community-led growth and real-world engagement.
An AI-driven coordination layer transforms the social graph into actionable demand by automating matching, bookings, and payments, while providing partners with a full-stack hospitality and travel operating system that reduces costs, removes intermediaries, and increases revenue.

Phase 1 starts in May 2026 "Going to market - Capture Attention "
Crays will onboard content creators and replace their Link.me (and similar tools) on their Instagram and social media profiles with Crays Nostr profile URLs (see video in the update section). They won’t need these tools anymore, because the Crays Nostr profile already includes links to all their social media pages.
To keep creators inside the Crays public area, we tokenize their content, and we give them a very strong incentive to switch and focus on Crays. Creators can still use all other platforms — Crays simply becomes an additional, better option for them.
Because we offer one huge creator advantage: 0% fees on content sold to fans via Lightning BTC (instead of, for example, 20% on TG or OF).
Community growth is driven by creators and their fans, resulting in high app download rates. Fans will follow their creators to buy content — and they will follow the app into our partner lifestyle venues while using it.
As one of the next releases in 2026, we plan to utilize RGB for creators´ content Asset Sale with Lightning payments in the first half of the year (depending on RGB stability, community support, and testing).

Phase 2 launch in August 2026 "Introducing and rolling out the Crays Super Node hardware"
Launch of in-venue features inside the app and in hospitality spaces, and the creation of local mesh networks inside these venues with special community functions. Each venue will operate as a Nostr relay and as a local closed community MESH network. Replacing FIAT in lifestyle hospitality venues.
Guests can now match and meet new people, message offline, make reservations, order drinks & food, and complete payments via Lightning. With local peer-to-peer mesh networking, the Crays App integrates personality-based matching, mood syncing, and hospitality services directly inside the building.
Phase 3 launch in Q4 2026 From Crays Nostr Social Graph to Autonomous Hospitality and Real World Infrastructure
Phase 3 introduces AI-driven coordination by integrating OpenClaw as an autonomous decision layer on top of the Crays Nostr client, the in-venue mesh network managing POS services, and the Bitcoin Lightning payment network. It continuously interprets real-time intent from the social graph — including profiles, posts, location signals, payments, and reputation — and translates that intent into structured actions such as matching people, recommending venues, and triggering bookings or payments.
This phase shifts Crays from a social interface to a coordination engine. Instead of passive discovery, the system proactively clusters users by time, location, and purpose, ranks signal quality based on economic and behavioral proof, and initiates high-context introductions via direct messaging. The result is a transition from a fragmented social graph to an actionable real-world coordination graph.
In hospitality, the AI layer functions as a digital concierge embedded into each venue. It detects travel intent before arrival, manages access and check-ins via Nostr, facilitates Lightning-based deposits and payments, and orchestrates in-venue social matching based on shared context and reputation. Loyalty becomes behavior- and proof-based rather than points-based.
Phase 3 merges AI orchestration with the social graph and curated travel content. User intent (e.g., destination, duration, purpose) is translated into a structured travel graph that connects members, venues, housing, and experiences into one coordinated flow. Payments settle over Lightning, while Crays controls context, community, and demand — establishing a unified hospitality and travel operating layer centered on intent rather than search.
Underneath, Crays integrates a full-stack software layer for partners — including PMS, booking engine, Lightning-native POS, CRM, and revenue yield management — combined with in-venue Nostr-based social layers and tokenized digital revenue streams. This reduces costs, removes intermediaries, and increases per-guest monetization, directly improving margins and making partner operations more scalable and investable.

Wi-Fi Aware 5.0 will introduce additional mesh-networking primitives — for example, multi-hop forwarding through intermediate nodes and more intelligent coordination across groups of devices. This will turn clusters of phones into true mesh networks for group connectivity without any infrastructure.

A bit about my personal motivation as the Crays Founder:
A Vision Born from 20 Years on the Road. For two decades, I lived on the move — 250 to 300 days a year, across 121 countries.
Along the way, as a traveler, I realized what was missing: real connection, seamless living, and hospitality spaces that truly bring people together.
Crays is my answer.
Much more than just an app — Crays and the Crays Clubs form a full ecosystem that exists both physically and digitally.
I want to connect people through community and technology, transforming venues into smart, local hubs that grow into a global network of like-minded individuals.
I believe Bitcoin was designed to function as money — not as digital gold and not merely as a passive store of value. Its fixed supply is the foundation. If demand increases through real usage, value increases. That mechanism only works sustainably when Bitcoin circulates in the real economy.
That is why retail merchant payments, real-world assets tokenized on Bitcoin (for example via RGB), stablecoin liquidity on Bitcoin rails, and AI-driven coordination layers must be actively built and deployed. Infrastructure alone is not enough. We need systems that interpret intent, connect people to places, and trigger real economic activity — automatically and at scale.
AI becomes the execution layer that converts social signals into monetary flows. It detects intent inside the social graph, coordinates travel and hospitality experiences, and settles payments via Lightning. This is how Bitcoin demand is generated: through usage embedded in daily life, not through passive holding.
The next structural bull cycle will not come from treasury strategies or institutional narratives alone. It will come from real-world velocity — from people paying, traveling, meeting, building, and transacting on Bitcoin infrastructure. My goal is to build exactly that: practical systems that create measurable value and make Bitcoin function as money in physical environments.

At its core, Crays removes extractive middlemen and replaces them with Bitcoin-based infrastructure that allows people and venues to interact, transact, and ultimately create wealth inside the ecosystem — aligning technology, culture, and economic incentives around real-world value.
